How to book an Accessible Escapes vacation.

1. Browse our destinations to see the locations and tours currently available. We are adding more all the time.
2. Decide if you want a guided tour on which every last detail is thought of and planned for you or if a customized tour designed by our travel experts is more up your alley.
3. Fill out the Reservation Request Form. If you are choosing a customized trip, choose from the options listed on the second half of the form under Create Your Own Escape.
4. After receiving your reservation form, we will confirm availability with our hotels and email you a detailed itinerary with the package pricing.
5. At any point in the process, feel free to email us with questions or concerns.
6. When you are ready to purchase your trip, just click on the link provided in the email, fill out the billing information and you’ll be on your way to a new adventure.
7. We will send you a package filled with all the information you need for your Accessible Escape. It will include information on your destination, activities, restaurants, services, accommodations, your trip itinerary and contact information for your guides and the 24/7 emergency support.
8. Enjoy your trip—and don’t forget to send us a postcard!

How to know which trip is right for you.

To help you evaluate if a tour is right for you, refer to the symbols at the top of each itinerary. The accessibility level is indicated by a combination of these symbols:

	Appropriate for slow walkers.
	Appropriate for accompanied wheelchair users.
	Appropriate for unaccompanied wheelchair users.

If you see all three symbols, the tour is accessible for people of all mobility levels.
