Reflect on the day’s great sights over dinner and head back to the hotel for the night.

Day 2: ROME. Start your day the Italian way with a caffé and breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, your English- speaking guide will pick you up for the quintessential Italian experience: a full-day tour of St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican and Vatican museums. Fuel up mid-way with a hearty lunch. At day’s end, unwind over dinner at a classic Roman trattoria . Stay overnight in Rome’s city center.

After breakfast, your guide will pick up in an accessible van for transfer to train station, where you will catch the train to Florence. An English-speaking guide will meet you at the Florence train station and take you to your hotel in the heart of Florence’s historical center. After check-in and a brief orientation, embark on an afternoon tour of the Duomo , Giotto’s Bell Tower and the Gallery of the Accademia, home to the magnificent, world-famous statue of David. We will escort you to a restaurant to relax over dinner on your own. After dinner, we will transport you back to the hotel for a well-earned night’s rest.

Day 4: FLORENCE. Awake to the enticing aromas of breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, head off on a full-day tour to Mercato Centrale, San Lorenzo, the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and Piazza della Repubblica. A delicious Italian lunch is included. At the day’s end, dine in style at a renowned Florentine restaurant. Stay overnight in Florence’s historical center.
